Pre procedure:

There are certain precautions one has to take before enjoying the results Botox / Xeomin and Filler give. It is important to Stop taking aspirin, ibuprofen, Excedrin, Motrin, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, flax oil, cod liver oil, fish oil, vitamin A, vitamin E, and other vital fatty acids a week before getting Botox/Xeomin injections and cosmetic fillers. Additionally, refrain from drinking alcohol a few days prior. 24 hours only - drink lots of water pre treatment.

If you have to take pain medication, Tylenol is your best choice

Post treatment recommendations:
  • Avoid touching or rubbing the injection sites.

  • You might see some bruising or lumps where you have treatment. This is typical and not alarming.

  • Do not exercise or perspire for the remainder of the day.

  • Apply sunscreen daily. Medical grade skin care is encouraged.
